Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity, such as athletes, and patients who have sustained physical injury.

Prenatal massage is a relaxing full body massage, wonderful for mother and baby in the second or third trimester. Prenatal massage Techniques are used to provide nurturing touch, relaxation, and to relieve specific discomforts the mother-to-be may be experiencing. Performed only by our therapists who have received additional education from a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork approved program.

 Please check with your doctor before making an appointment and let us know you are pregnant when making your reservation.  We do not massage women in the first trimester of their pregnancy.

Reflexology is based on the eastern principal that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that relate to every organ, gland, and system of the body. This is an intense yet soothing, invigorating hand and foot massage and can be performed while client is fully clothed.

Hot Stone massage uses water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. While lying on warm stones the therapist also uses warm and cool stones covered with oil to apply various massage strokes to the client. This is the ultimate in relaxation massage techniques.

NOT suitable for pregnant women, diabetics and those on blood thinners.

Chair massage is a convenient method of massage therapy performed while clients are fully clothed, lasts 10 to 15minutes and in an hour 3-4 people may receive a massage.  This choice is great for bridal showers, employee appreciation in the office breakroom, and even outdoor events like company picnics or family reunions.
