Barefoot Massage Policies

1.      We have no travel fee to Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Southern Shores, Duck and Corolla.

2.      It is an industry standard that a spa hour consists of a 5 minute therapist consultation, 50 minutes of hands-on massage, and 5 minutes of dressing. Therefore a ½ hour massage client receives 25 minutes table time, 1 hour massage client receives 50 minutes table time and 1 ½ hour massage client receives 80 minutes table time.

3.      We require a 2 hour minimum reservation per therapist per house call. No exceptions to this policy will be made.

4.      Our company has grown tremendously over the past several years and our therapist’s time is in great demand thanks to your loyal patronage over the years.  However it has become imperative that we have a cancellation policy so that we may optimize our time and productivity.  As of April 1,2009 any partial or whole reservation canceling without 48 hours notice will be charged a flat $25.00 fee.  This charge will be applied to the credit card given to hold the reservation even when it does not belong to the client or clients that cancelled.  Thank you for your cooperation.

5.      Barefoot Massage does not provide service in or to hotels, or private residences.  We deliver massage to vacationers in the vacation rental home market only.
